you like to become a front-row witness to the economic, political,
and social changes in Europe for a semester, summer, or a year? Then
Brussels might be your study abroad destination!
As the capital of the European Union, Brussels is an exciting, cosmopolitan
yet quaint city that headquarters a number of top European Union institutions,
as well as the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and over a thousand
international public and private institutions.
Brussels Study Center
Over
350 international students from over 60 nationalities attend
Vesalius
College every semester, providing a truly cosmopolitan and culturally
enriching environment. With class instruction in English, as part
of a Dutch-language university and located in a mostly French-speaking
city, Vesalius College offers something for everyone.
Its liberal arts and sciences
curriculum allows you to complete between 12 and 15 credit hours
per semester while staying on track with your degree
requirements. You can select courses from the following 12 major
fields of study, including business, political science, history,
French and communications, among others.
Classes are small and interactive, with no more than 35 students per
class and personalized attention from professors.
If one of your greatest attractions to the heart of Europe is to complement
your academics with an internship in your field of study, Vesalius
College provides you with that opportunity.
As any permanent student of Vesalius College, you will also have access
to all the facilities at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, including,
but not limited to, libraries, computer labs, and sports areas.
